When the founder Jeff Huang came to Portland 16 years ago, he felt like all the houses designed were too old school, he was concerned about safety issues.
He created JHR Construction because he wants to help locals who live in Portland & Seattle areas to live better lives, to thrive in their new homes.
JHR Construction can build your houses along with other supporting facilities completely from scratch. You can save time by not having to hire additional contractors to do the same work.

Prior to placing concrete forms:
Construct the form with 2x4 or 2x6 lumber and secure in place by wood stakes and deck screws.Excavate the slab area to a depth of about 7 inches, allowing 3 inches for a gravel base and 4 inches for concrete.
